Los Feliz Village BID Beautification Committee Meeting

1. Call to Order
2. Review previous meetings notes & plans of action.
3. Confirm next Street Cleanup date. Possibly Sept 14th?
4. Contact restaurants on Hillhurst (Alcove, Home, Tropicalia, etc) about hosting food after cleanup. Also alert Mary Rodriguez well in advance.
5. BID is waiving the $275 for PATH to have a booth at the fair.
6. Continue discussion regarding Kaiser, East Hollywood BID taking over the triangle for a trial run, as well as what our BID’s involvement would be. Start date is set for August.
7. Continue discussion about street cleaning power washing and whether to pursue acquiring bids from both Chrysalis and Envirowash.
8. Possibly discuss any various upcoming street fair issues that may arise.
